"A failure is not a mistake; it may simply be the best one can do under the circumstances. The real mistake is to stop trying." - BF Skinner
I believe that the therapy room should be a place where clients feel comfortable to challenge themselves, feel supported, and most importantly safe. I am committed to helping families, couples, and individuals heal from past hurts and hang ups in their relationships in order to build better relationships. I believe clients are experts in their lives and we can work together to find ways to build upon strengths to equip clients to find resolutions.
