I have experience working with a variety of populations including individuals, couples, families, children, teens, LGBTQ+, and diverse cultural backgrounds. My experience working with adults and college-aged students often includes individuals struggling with relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, and many other issues that have impacted their quality of life.
I use various evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy in order to help the individual alleviate their symptoms. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals by providing them with the necessary tools to facilitate personal growth.
