AMY SPRADLIN, LPCA
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
MEET AMY (she/her/hers)
My counseling approach prioritizes the client above all else. I view each situation through a developmental and systemic lens, recognizing that many challenges we face are part of a larger interconnected context in our lives. Together, we can create a therapeutic experience that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. As your therapist, my role is to facilitate, encourage, support, and guide you in finding ways to progress, grow, heal, change, and flourish. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, or relationship difficulties, I am eager to help you discover effective solutions and meaningful actions to enhance your life.
Therapy with me is uniquely grounded in authentic connection, warmth, and collaboration. I offer a non-judgmental space where clients are truly seen and heard—where healing doesn’t mean “fixing,” but rather discovering and empowering your most authentic self. What sets my approach apart is the integration of evidence-based modalities (like CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed care) with a deep respect for the mind-body connection and systemic influences on mental health. My goal is to walk beside you, not ahead of you, as we explore your strengths, challenges, and potential for growth.
I deeply understand that life doesn’t always go as planned—and that healing is rarely linear. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal experiences of resilience, reflection, and a genuine desire to help others feel less alone in their struggles. I bring my full, present self into every session, showing up with empathy, humor, and honesty. My work is not just professional—it’s personal. I’m continually humbled and inspired by the courage of the individuals I work with.

SPECIAL CLINICAL FOCUS
A good fit is someone open to exploring their inner world—even when it feels messy, uncertain, or challenging—and looking for practical, down-to-earth support. My clients often value a blend of emotional depth and pragmatic tools they can apply in real life. You don’t need to have all the answers—or even know where to begin. All you need is a willingness to be curious, to show up authentically, and to engage in a collaborative process grounded in trust, compassion, and steady progress at your own pace. Whether you’re working through trauma, loss, or a life transition, I’m here to walk beside you, offering support grounded in reality and emotionally attuned.
