MEET REGI (she/her/hers)
It is important to me as a provider to create a safe and trusting space for all clients to express themselves comfortably. This is a safe space for all who come. I want to provide my clients with the tools and skills to navigate all of life's challenges. All a client’s experiences, past and present, are valid and deserve to be recognized as such. It is a priority of mine to allow the clients’ therapeutic journey to be uniquely their own and work together to discover the best approaches for their specific needs.
My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered principles, allowing me to adapt to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and trusting environment where children, adolescents, and adults feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. I work with individuals experiencing behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns, and I believe that every therapeutic journey is deeply personal. Through empathy, understanding, and genuine respect, I aim to honor each client’s story while fostering a space where growth and healing can occur. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, partnering with clients to identify and work toward the goals that matter most to them. With children and adolescents, I focus on building emotional regulation skills and developing healthy coping strategies, drawing from my experience working with children ages 4–12 in both school settings and clinical environments, particularly those who have experienced trauma or early life stressors. I also support young adults and adults as they navigate past and present life experiences. My goal is to provide clients with practical tools and lasting skills to face life’s challenges with confidence, while offering consistent, compassionate support every step of the way.
