These trainings provide opportunities to earn continuing education credits (CEUs) and expand your clinical toolkit in two transformative modalities: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Prepare/Enrich. Whether you’re deepening your trauma work or strengthening your couples counseling approach, these programs are designed to make your learning both practical and impactful.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an innovative, evidence-based approach that helps clients resolve trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories—often in just a few sessions. This training, equips clinicians with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to effectively integrate ART into practice.

Participants will learn to guide clients through ART’s structured process, using techniques such as rapid eye movements, imaginal rescripting, and guided imagery to reduce distress and promote emotional healing—without re-traumatization.

ART has proven effective for trauma, grief, phobias, and other emotionally charged experiences. During this interactive training, clinicians will practice ART interventions, receive feedback from experienced facilitators, and leave prepared to apply these methods in real-world settings.

Prepare/Enrich Training

Our Relationship Counseling training helps clinicians strengthen their ability to support couples and families in building healthier, more connected relationships.

The training introduces tools such as the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment, along with research-backed strategies for improving communication, resolving conflict, and deepening relational understanding. Participants will explore dynamics common in premarital, marital, and long-term relationships, gaining new ways to help clients appreciate similarities, respect differences, and foster lasting connection.
