No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy (EAP Counseling Sessions)
If you do not attend a scheduled counseling appointment (no-show) or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, that appointment will count as one (1) of your five (5) EAP-covered counseling sessions.
Once your five EAP counseling sessions have been used, any additional no-shows or late cancellations will result in a charge to you, as EAP coverage no longer applies.
Fees:
$80 for a no-show
$65 for a late cancellation (within 24 hours of the appointment)
These charges are the employee’s responsibility and are not covered by the EAP.
