My approach to treatment involves evidence-based practices to determine the best treatment available for patients. Using a patient centered approach allows for a holistic evaluation of a client's needs. Active listening allows for effective communication and helps form mutual respect. Collaborating together is important to determining the best course of therapy.

I have many personal and family connections to mental health disorders which puts me on a path to search for treatments and medications that improve patient's quality of life.

I am married with 2 adult children. I enjoy traveling. I love being out in nature and hiking.
