MEET KELLY (she/her/hers)

I like to help clients improve their lives through supportive and collaborative mental health care. Whether a person is struggling with anxiety, depression, profound loss, or trauma exposure, I want to empower them with skills and techniques to meet their personal goals. I strive to build a trusting relationship with my clients by offering a safe space to be heard, no matter their background.

My extensive background in public education has taken me to rural settings, urban cities, and everywhere in between. My top priority as a human and as a mental health therapist is making sure every client that comes through my doors knows they belong, they will be respected, and they will be heard.
