MEET LINDSEY (she/her/hers)

With over a decade of experience in family preservation and five years specializing in gender-affirming care, I bring both expertise and compassion to my work. My practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent and gender-diverse individuals, as well as anyone seeking a space to explore their identity, purpose, and next steps in life. I meet each client where they are and work collaboratively to empower them to live as their authentic selves. Whether you’re navigating the diagnostic process, processing a new diagnosis, practicing self-love and unmasking, coming out, or seeking gender-affirming support, I offer a safe, affirming environment to move at your own pace. We might also explore challenges like executive dysfunction, political anxiety, healing from trauma and discrimination, or building a supportive community. Between sessions, I provide accessible activities to help reinforce what we work on together, ensuring that progress continues beyond the therapy room.

As a queer and autistic therapist, I bring not only professional expertise but also the authenticity, relatability, and insight that come from lived experience. Clients often describe feeling deeply understood and safe to unmask and express their authentic selves in our work together. I also believe that healing happens best when we allow room for playfulness, humor, compassion, animals, and nature. Therapy doesn’t have to be rigid or intimidating—it can be a place of warmth, curiosity, creativity, and even joy. At the end of the day, therapy in my office may look different, but it is still rooted in evidence-based practices.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me rescuing animals, curled up in my hammock with a good book, out exploring nature, enjoying a concert, or participating in advocacy and activism.
