MEET MAGGIE (SHE/HER/HERS)

I have a gentle and welcoming approach to therapy. I believe it is important for you to feel safe, seen, and cared for throughout our sessions. Your story and your experiences matter, and I am here to learn about you and help you to become the best version of yourself. My goal in life is to change at least one person's life for the better, and I approach every therapy session with this attitude. I like to create a calming environment free of stressors that allows you to let go and breathe freely. I am here to help you process through difficult events, strong feelings, and challenging situations. I will be honest with you and make sure you are challenged to move forward when times are tough, while also allowing for you to be yourself. I will help you to realize and remember all you are capable of and provide you with the space and grace to rest.

I am here to learn who you are and how you work to find solutions that work for you. You are unique and so am I, working together in ways that work well for our dynamic is very important to me.

I am bilingual and have family that lives in Mexico. I grew up in a multicultural household and learned how important each person's individuality and culture is. Fun fact: I used to be a full-time nanny and I love cats.
