NOAH GRAY, CSW

Certified Social Worker

MEET NOAH (he/him/his)

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported while working through stress, trauma, emotional challenges, life transitions, and crisis recovery. I work with clients to better understand their experiences, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build realistic coping skills that can be used in everyday life. I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, drawing from CBT-informed interventions, DBT-informed skills, motivational interviewing, and goal-focused strategies. My goal is to support clients in managing difficult emotions, increasing self-awareness, improving coping and communication skills, and building resilience. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs and goals while helping them move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of balance.

Therapy with me is unique because I focus on making the process feel supportive, realistic, and useful outside of the therapy room. I understand that clients are often navigating more than one challenge at a time, and I work to help them connect their emotions, thoughts, relationships, environment, and daily responsibilities in a way that feels understandable and manageable. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental, and practical style to therapy. My goal is not to tell clients what to do, but to help them feel empowered, supported, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. I value meeting clients where they are, honoring their strengths, and helping them build tools that fit their real life, not just what sounds good on paper.
